Its formula is based mainly on lipophilic esters and oils: **ethylhexyl palmitate** and **caprylic\/capric triglycerides** effectively dissolve the fatty constituents of make-up, including waterproof formulas, according to the lipid-lipid solubilization principle. Safflower oil** (*Carthamus tinctorius*), rich in linoleic acid (omega-6), provides softening properties and helps maintain the skin barrier. Sorbeth-30 tetraoleate** and **PEG-5 glyceryl triisostearate** act as emulsifiers, enabling the balm to be easily rinsed off with water without leaving a residual oily film. The antioxidant action of **tocopherol** (vitamin E) completes the formula. This product is particularly suitable for dry to normal skin, as well as for people who wear heavy make-up.
