Borage oil (*Borago officinalis*), rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), supports epidermal barrier repair and has a soothing effect on reactive skin. Sodium hyaluronate ensures hydration by attracting and retaining water molecules in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Glycolipids, glycosphingolipids and lecithin reinforce the cohesion of intercorneocyte lipids, while *Ophiopogon japonicus* root extract helps soothe and comfort fragile peri-ocular tissues. The formula is completed by an antioxidant (pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate) to stabilize the lipidic active ingredients.
