Propanediol acts as a humectant and solvent, contributing to post-rinse skin comfort. Bioderma's patented osmoprotective complex of mannitol, xylitol and rhamnose boosts skin cells' resistance to osmotic stress and supports the barrier function. Fructooligosaccharides act as prebiotics, helping to balance the skin microbiome. The combination of tocopherol (vitamin E), ascorbyl palmitate (a fat-soluble derivative of vitamin C) and lecithin provides antioxidant protection.
