These molecules are natural constituents of the epidermal intercellular cement: their topical application helps maintain the integrity of the cutaneous barrier during rinsing, thus limiting post-cleansing water loss. Glycerine and sodium hyaluronate act as humectants, capturing water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Sodium lauroyl lactylate ensures gentle cleansing with low irritant potential, while fatty alcohols (cetearyl, stearyl, cetyl) provide an emollient texture that preserves the hydrolipidic film. Tocopherol (vitamin E) provides additional antioxidant protection. This product is particularly suitable for dry to very dry skin, sensitive or reactive skin, and skin with a weakened cutaneous barrier (atopic dermatitis, post-dermatological treatment).
