Its cleansing base is based on a combination of sucrose laurate and sucrose palmitate, sugar esters of natural origin with high skin tolerance, which solubilize impurities and make-up without altering the hydrolipidic film. Caprylic\/capric triglyceride, derived from coconut oil, forms the balm's oily phase, ensuring a melting texture that facilitates the dissolution of lipophilic residues while providing an emollient effect. Glycerine plays a humectant role, limiting skin dehydration during cleansing. Bisabolol, a naturally-occurring active ingredient extracted from chamomile, completes the formula with its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, particularly relevant for skin with redness or hypersensitivity. Preservation is ensured by the benzyl alcohol\/dehydroacetic acid combination, reputed to be better tolerated than conventional preservatives.
