CeraVe's SPF30 moisturizing face cream combines sun protection with skin barrier care. The UV filter combines three complementary molecules: ethylhexyl salicylate and ethylhexyl triazone (UVB filters), butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (UVA filter) and bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine (broad-spectrum UVA\/UVB filter), offering complete coverage of the sun's spectrum. The ceramide complex (NP, AP, EOP) combined with cholesterol and phytosphingosine reproduces the natural lipid composition of the stratum corneum, helping to restore and maintain the integrity of the skin barrier. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) helps regulate sebum, even out skin tone and strengthen the barrier. Sodium hyaluronate ensures hydration through a hygroscopic effect, while glycerine completes this humectant action. The absence of fragrance makes this formula particularly suitable for sensitive, reactive or rosacea-prone skin.
