Polyglyceryl-4-oleate, a plant-derived emulsifier, enables the formula to rinse off with water, forming a milky emulsion on contact. Safflower oil (*Carthamus tinctorius*), rich in linoleic acid (omega-6), helps maintain the skin barrier, while extract of brown kelp (*Laminaria saccharina*), a marine algae, provides polysaccharides with moisturizing and soothing properties. Bisabolol, derived from chamomile, reinforces the formula's soothing action. Tocopherol (vitamin E) plays an antioxidant role, stabilizing unsaturated oils. This product is particularly suitable for dry to sensitive skin, as well as reactive skin requiring gentle make-up removal.
