Niacinamide (vitamin B3) completes this action by regulating sebum production, reducing uneven skin tone and reinforcing the cutaneous barrier. Glycerine and propanediol provide basic hydration, while aloe barbadensis leaf juice has a soothing effect. This toner is particularly suitable for sensitive or reactive skin that cannot tolerate conventional AHAs or BHAs, as well as for combination to oily skin with irregularities in texture or complexion.
