Wild bilberry extract (*Vaccinium angustifolium*) provides antioxidant polyphenols that neutralize free radicals generated by environmental aggressions. Centella asiatica, rich in triterpenes (asiaticoside, asiatic acid), supports the skin's barrier function and has documented soothing properties. Ophiopogon japonicus root extract* contributes to surface hydration, while peony (*Paeonia albiflora* and *P. suffruticosa*) and skullcap (*Scutellaria baicalensis*) extracts exert an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action. Oat bran extract (*Avena sativa*) enhances the formula's soothing properties. Please note that the presence of DMDM hydantoin, a formaldehyde-releasing preservative, may be problematic for sensitive or reactive skin.
