Niacinamide, the formula's central active ingredient, acts on several skin mechanisms: it inhibits the transfer of melanosomes to keratinocytes, helping to even out skin tone, reinforces the skin barrier by stimulating ceramide synthesis, and exerts an anti-inflammatory action by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Glycerine and biosaccharide gum-1 ensure hydration through a humectant and film-forming effect, supporting skin comfort. Pentylene glycol and propanediol act as solvents and co-humectants. The preservative system is based on a combination of molecules of natural origin (sodium levulinate, sodium anisate, glyceryl caprylate, caprylhydroxamic acid), without conventional preservatives such as parabens or phenoxyethanol.
