NEOPENTYL GLYCOL DIHEPTANOATE is a clear, odorless and very light emollient ester that helps achieve light textures.
It has excellent spreading properties and a silky feel on the skin. It is ideal for solubilizing sunscreens and fragrances. It is also touted as a volatile (evaporates from the skin rather than absorbing it) alternative to silicones, notably as a replacement for cyclomethicone-based blends.
