Bioderma Sébium Gel Moussant Actif is a cleanser formulated for acne-prone and oily skin. It combines two exfoliating acids: salicylic acid (BHA), which penetrates pores to dissolve excess sebum and blackheads, and glycolic acid (AHA), which promotes surface cell renewal. Zinc gluconate helps regulate sebaceous secretion and soothes blemishes. The cleansing base is based on gentle plant-derived surfactants (caprylyl/capryl glucoside, coco-glucoside), limiting damage to the hydrolipidic film. The Fluidactiv complex, composed of sugars (mannitol, xylitol, fructose, glucose, rhamnose, fructooligosaccharides) and inulin, acts on the quality of sebum to prevent its oxidation and the clogging of pores. Propanediol and glycerine provide basic hydration. This product is suitable for combination to oily skin with imperfections, blackheads or shine, including teenagers. Its acid pH and concentration of keratolytic active ingredients make it unsuitable for dry or reactive skin.

Bad experience
At first it seemed fine and the active ingredients are interesting, but after 3-4 uses it started to itch and cause pimples. Fortunately, as soon as I stopped using it, everything disappeared. Bioderma is a brand I love, this is the only time I've ever had a problem with one of their products...

Hello, this doesn't necessarily mean that the product is bad. It's just not suitable for your skin type. I have normal to oily skin and this one works perfectly. However, using it with other irritating products can cause itching. If your skin isn't particularly oily or you use certain «drying» products, this is normal. See you soon.

Suitable for normal to oily skin
Inexpensive, functional product. For normal to oily skin, cleanses well without irritating. Pleasant texture and scent.
