Colibri Skincare's Revival Toner is a toning lotion formulated around a complex of moisturizing and restructuring active ingredients. Sodium hyaluronate** and **glycerine** provide surface hydration through a hygroscopic effect, while **glyceryl glucoside** supports the natural synthesis of aquaporins to optimize water transport within the epidermis. Oat extracts and oil (Avena sativa)** provide soothing and emollient properties, particularly suited to sensitive or reactive skin. Collagen precursor **tripeptide-29** and **collagen amino acids** contribute to extracellular matrix support and skin firmness. Radish ferment (Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate)** acts as a natural preservative with mild antimicrobial activity. Hydrogenated lecithin** and emulsifiers (glyceryl stearate citrate, polyglyceryl-3 stearate) promote penetration of active ingredients and reinforce the lipid barrier. The antioxidant action of **tocopherol** (vitamin E) completes the formula. Can be layered!
The smell is clearly unpleasant for me. On the other hand, it's a calming toner, but with a slightly sticky effect (perhaps the esterified oil at the top of the list?).
I've been using it for several weeks. Tried it in the morning, as well as in the evening. The effect is always very soothing.
