La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel Micro-Peeling is a cleanser formulated for oily, acne-prone skin. It combines two complementary keratolytic active ingredients: salicylic acid (BHA) with lipolytic action, capable of penetrating pores to dissolve sebaceous plugs and reduce follicular hyperkeratinization, and capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA), a lipophilic derivative of salicylic acid with gentler, surface-localized exfoliating action. Zinc gluconate has a sebum-regulating action and helps limit bacterial proliferation. The cleansing base combines sodium laureth sulfate, decyl glucoside and sodium cocoamphodiacetate (coco-betaine), providing effective detergency with acceptable skin tolerance. Glycerine maintains residual moisture after rinsing. Menthol provides a sensation of freshness without playing a major active role. This product is suitable for combination to oily skin with blackheads, dilated pores or mild to moderate acne. It is not recommended for dry, sensitive or reactive skin, due to the presence of SLS and the two exfoliating agents combined.

incredible
I don't know why the application tells me to avoid it when it's incredible. I've been using it for 2 weeks and it's reduced the appearance of my blackheads in just a few days, now they're almost invisible! and it makes my skin soft every time I use it.
