This serum from The Ordinary combines two active ingredients targeting skin volume and firmness. Volufiline (extract of *Anemarrhena asphodeloides* standardized for sarsasapogenin) acts by stimulating lipogenesis in adipocytes in subcutaneous tissue, promoting a visible volumizing effect on treated areas. Palmitoyl Isoleucine (Pal-Isoleucine at 1 %), a lipophilic peptide, supports extracellular matrix restructuring by modulating fibroblast activity and improving tissue elasticity. The formula is anhydrous, based on hydrogenated polyisobutene oil, ensuring good penetration of lipophilic active ingredients and a light occlusive texture. Caprylyl glycol acts as a conditioner and preservative, while tocopherol provides antioxidant protection. This product is ideal for skin showing localized volume loss (cheeks, lips, face contour) or incipient sagging. It is ideal for mature skins or those wishing to prevent age-related fat loss. Apply locally, morning and/or evening.

Why did I buy this product ? ?? ???
after a few weeks of use I haven't seen any particular effect.
the container is a vial, and the product comes out drop by drop, rather like an essential oil vial.
The liquid is still a little greasy, so it doesn't penetrate very quickly.
I've seen on the net that some people have experienced tingling. I didn't feel any tingling, but the product did heat up my skin, which worried me, so much so that I almost rinsed my face to remove it. But after 30 seconds, the effect disappeared..... No redness, no marks on the face... Phew!
To sum up: no effect on my nano-genic wrinkles!

is useless
product given to me as a gift with an order; very low dose of active ingredients and therefore absolutely useless - although the brand is generally top-notch
