Beauty of Joseon's Ginseng Cleansing Oil is based on a lipid base composed mainly of soybean oil (*Glycine soja*), olive oil (*Olea europaea*), sunflower oil (*Helianthus annuus*) and moringa oil (*Moringa oleifera*), which effectively dissolve impurities, sebum and make-up through lipid affinity. Cetyl ethylhexanoate and sorbeth-30 tetraoleate ensure a fluid texture and facilitate emulsification on contact with water for clean rinsing. The star active ingredient is ginseng, present in three forms - seed oil, root extract and *Panax ginseng* berry extract - providing ginsenosides with antioxidant properties and supporting radiance. Tocopherol (vitamin E) boosts protection against oxidative stress. Ayurvedic-inspired botanical extracts complete the formula: *Eclipta prostrata*, *Melia azadirachta*, *Ocimum sanctum* and *Curcuma longa* contribute to soothing and purifying effects. Extract of *Corallina officinalis* provides sea minerals. This product is particularly suitable for normal to dry skins requiring gentle make-up removal, even for stubborn make-up, while benefiting from a simultaneous antioxidant treatment. Very sensitive skin should check its tolerance to the concentrated botanical extracts.

Good make-up remover and cleanser.
oil system on dry skin, then wet skin. Two pumps for the whole face, so it'll last.
I use it in the morning and evening, plus Green plum in the evening for a double cleanse. A duo that works so far!

I've been looking for an oil-based makeup remover for a long time, and this one is perfect. It's natural and removes makeup really well. It's fragrance-free and alcohol-free, so it doesn't affect my sensitive skin. You need to wash your face after use + use a gentle cleanser, which is called double cleansing.

not sufficient for eye make-up removal
a very pleasant oil, very well tolerated by my sensitive skin, for the face it's perfect, the problem is that I don't remove enough make-up from my eyes, my dark circle remover doesn't go away, even though I do two passages with the oil, I'm going to try oil on a cotton pad, or don't moisten my skin beforehand! do you have any other tips?

Hello. Thank you for this review. I've never tried this oil but it's on the wish list! On the other hand, a make-up remover oil by definition should always be used on dry skin. Warm the oil in your hands, apply to the face and massage well, rinse thoroughly with water, then use a foaming cleanser to finish the makeup removal. As for my eyes, I always use a specific eye makeup remover with a reusable cotton pad.

I find this cleansing oil effective. massage well and gently before rinsing.
