Neogen's solid cleansing stick combines gentle cleansing agents - fatty acids (palmitic acid, stearic acid) and lauryl betaine, an amphoteric surfactant - for cleansing that respects the hydrolipidic film. Glycerine ensures a humectant effect during rinsing, limiting the sensation of post-cleansing tightness. Green tea complex (*Camellia sinensis* leaf extract and seed oil) provides polyphenols with antioxidant properties, while *Camellia japonica* oil helps nourish and soften the skin surface. Evening primrose oil (*Oenothera biennis*) completes this action with its essential fatty acids (linoleic acid in particular), useful for supporting the skin barrier. Essential oils of basil, lemon, marjoram and sweet orange give the product its olfactory profile, but may represent a sensitizing factor for reactive skin. This cleanser is suitable for normal to combination skin looking for effective cleansing without excess drying; very sensitive skin or skin prone to allergies to essential oils should use it with caution.

a highly effective cleaner
a very effective cleanser, like many of the products in the range! I took off one star simply because it's a bit expensive for a cleanser, but honestly, go for it, it's really very effective and gentle on the skin.
