Dr Pierre Ricaud's Micellar Facial Cleansing Cream is a cleanser formulated around a gentle cleansing base with **sodium methyl cocoyl taurate**, a plant-derived surfactant (derived from coconut oil) recognized for its favorable skin tolerance profile. Fatty acids** (stearic acid, palmitic acid) combined with potassium hydroxide form a saponified base that gives the formula its creamy texture, while helping to emulsify impurities and sebum. Glycerine** and propylene glycol** act as humectants, limiting the drying effect often associated with cleansers. Alpha-glucan oligosaccharide**, a plant-derived prebiotic, supports the balance of the skin's microbiome by promoting beneficial flora bacteria. Damask rose floral water** (*Rosa damascena*) provides soothing and slightly astringent properties. Preservation is ensured by a paraben-free system (hydroxyacetophenone, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). This product is particularly suitable for normal to dry or sensitive skin, seeking effective daily cleansing without damaging the skin barrier.

Much appreciated
I really liked this cleanser, which leaves my skin soft and fresh. No photo because I finished my tube. I'll take it back with my next order

well tolerated but too thick
it's certainly very gentle and well tolerated. it leaves the skin feeling comfortable. on the other hand, it's very thick. after applying it and massaging it in, when it comes time to emulsify with water and rinse, that's where it's a bit lacking. it doesn't break up well with water and rinsing is laborious. It doesn't break up well with water and rinsing is laborious. I've had much more pleasant products.
