Pyunkang Yul Toner Essence is a minimally formulated lotion centered on one main active ingredient: highly concentrated Astragalus membranaceus (Huang Qi) root extract. This adaptogenic plant is rich in polysaccharides, saponins and flavonoids, renowned for their moisturizing, soothing and antioxidant properties, helping to strengthen the skin barrier. Butylene glycol and 1,2-hexanediol provide surface moisturization while also acting as preservatives. Hydroxyethylcellulose and carbomer impart a slightly viscous texture for easy spreading, while arginine, a basic amino acid, neutralizes carbomer and helps balance skin pH. BIS-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane provides a light, silky sensoriality without marked occlusion. This product is particularly suitable for sensitive, reactive or dehydrated skin looking for functional hydration without potentially irritating active ingredients. He's still working out
As I said in the title, it took an eternity to finish, but on the other hand it's very good, moisturizing as you wish, it doesn't sting the skin and leaves it all plumped up. I don't have it in stock but I'll buy it again.
