How to care for dehydrated skin?

The last step is to apply your moisturizer. To optimize its effectiveness and lock in the moisturizer overnight, so that it doesn't evaporate and act on your skin's dermis, don't hesitate to use an occlusive cream afterwards. You can choose Vaseline in very small quantities, or another oily cream such as La Roche Posay's Cicaplast. Beware of oils, which can be comedogenic.
I particularly like to use thick, rich-textured moisturizers in the evening. I find that the skin is regenerated the next day when I wake up, and ready to receive the next treatments.

Throughout the day, don't hesitate to use a mineral water mist if your skin feels dry and thirsty. Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and healthy.
Once or twice a week, take a moment for yourself and your skin and apply a moisturizing mask. The one of your choice. There are some excellent sheet masks with aloe vera or panthenol, which immediately soothe feelings of discomfort or tightness in dehydrated skin.
