Canola Seed Oil: This oil is said to contain oleic acid (omega 9) and linoleic acid (omega 6), as well as tocopherol and vitamin E.
Sunflower Seed Oil: Rich in oleic and linoleic acids, it also contains palmitic acid, stearic acid, vitamin E and phytosterols.
