Oxidized corn oil is a form of natural corn oil that has undergone an oxidation process. It has an intense orange color when unrefined, and turns golden to yellow when refined. It contains unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic (omega-6) and oleic (omega-9), as well as vitamins such as A, C and E.
