Lactic acid** acts as a gentle keratolytic agent and pH regulator, helping to refine skin texture. Zinc sulfate** and copper sulfate** exert mild sebum-regulating and antibacterial properties, targeting the mechanisms involved in acne. Bioderma's patented **Fluidactiv** complex - composed of xylitol, fructooligosaccharides, mannitol and rhamnose - aims to regulate the quality of sebum by acting on its oxidation, an aggravating factor in blackheads.
