Galderma's Actinica Lotion SPF 50+ is a broad-spectrum sunscreen formulated with a combination of organic UV filters covering both UVB and UVA. Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (Tinosorb S) and Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (Tinosorb M) are photostable broad-spectrum filters, effective against UVA and UVB. Ethylhexyl Triazone and Isoamyl p-Methoxycinnamate enhance UVB protection, while Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate) absorbs mainly in the UVB range (280-320 nm). Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane (Avobenzone) provides long-wave UVA coverage. The combination of these filters provides SPF 50+, with UVA protection in line with European recommendations. Parabens (methylparaben and propylparaben) play a preservative role. This product is particularly suitable for skin at high actinic risk - fair skin, history of actinic keratoses, immunocompromised patients or those on photosensitizers - and for daily use to prevent chronic UV damage.

excellent product
