La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel is a cleanser formulated for oily, acne-prone skin. Its action is based on several targeted active ingredients: **Zinc PCA**, a bioavailable form of zinc associated with pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, regulates sebum production and exerts a moderate antibacterial action, helping to reduce shine and imperfections. Pomegranate pericarp extract** (*Punica granatum*) provides antioxidant and astringent properties, helping to refine skin texture. The cleansing base combines **Sodium Laureth Sulfate** and **Coco-Betaine**, an amphoteric surfactant of coconut origin, for an effective cleansing foam while limiting irritation. Caprylyl Glycol** and Pentylene Glycol** complete the formula with moisturizing and preserving properties. This gel is suitable for combination to oily skin, prone to blackheads and blemishes, including sensitive skin tolerant to sulfates. Use morning and/or evening as a rinse, without leaving a residual film.

not crazy
It doesn't work at all for my skin. My pharmacist recommended it but I don't see any difference. and it stings when I put it on my face. I wouldn't recommend it.
