Glycerin acts as a humectant, retaining water in the superficial layers of the epidermis, helping to maintain skin comfort after rinsing. The preservative system is based on a combination of gluconolactone (a mild-acting polyhydroxy acid) and calcium gluconate, combined with phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate and 1,2-hexanediol, offering antimicrobial protection with an acceptable tolerance profile. Extracts of orange blossom (*Citrus aurantium dulcis*) and sweet almond blossom (*Prunus amygdalus dulcis*) add a sensory dimension and light soothing properties. Tropolone, a natural compound with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, completes the formulation. This product is suitable for normal to slightly dry skins seeking effective cleansing while maintaining skin comfort; very sensitive or reactive skins should remain vigilant due to the presence of SLS.
