SVR Huile Lavante Topialyse is a cleanser designed for dry to very dry, sensitive or atopic skin. Its cleansing base combines gentle surfactants of plant origin - sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, sodium cocoamphoacetate, sodium cocoamphodiétate and coco-bétaïne - for effective cleansing without altering the hydrolipidic film. Glycerine and saccharide isomerate (an analogue of the skin's natural moisturizing factor) ensure water retention in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) helps strengthen the skin barrier by stimulating ceramide synthesis and modulating the local inflammatory response. Alpha-glucan oligosaccharide acts as a prebiotic, supporting the balance of the cutaneous microbiome. Cottonseed oil (*Gossypium herbaceum*) provides essential fatty acids (linoleic in particular) that help restore the lipid barrier. Polyglyceryl-3 cocoate and polyglyceryl-10 laurate, emollients and co-surfactants, contribute to the characteristic oily texture and post-rinse comfort. This product is particularly suitable for atopic, xerotic or reactive skin, including that of infants and children, for daily use on the body and face.

Perfect
I use it daily to wash my face and body. I haven't had any eczema since. I don't use moisturizing body lotion because I don't like it. This product allows me to skip that step too. I like everything, I recommend it.

several uses in 1
I'm currently hospitalized in a rehabilitation center. I didn't want to burden myself, so I put this precious oil in an old bottle and now I have X2 cleansing, shower gel and shampoo in a single container. I love this very gentle product, which I often recommend to the families of the residents at the Ehpad where I work as a nurse.
