Description

A product with 23% of stable vitamin C because it is water-free. The vitamin C is an anti-oxidant that slows the appearance of signs of aging and evens out skin tone. An anhydrous suspension guarantees the stability of L-ascorbic acid. Certified vegan, this product is formulated without water, oil, silicone, alcohol or gluten. This formula provides your skin with 23 % of pure vitamin C via a network of dehydrated hyaluronic acid spheres. Despite its powdery sensoriality, the dosage of L-ascorbic acid makes this suspension effective in attenuating the signs of aging, notably pigmentation spots, reducing the appearance of fine lines and evening out your complexion.

How do I use vitamin C 23 % suspension?

I recommend using it as a patch on specific areas of your face, such as those affected by pigmentation spots. In all cases, this thick-textured suspension should be applied to a cleansed face after toning lotion and any light, water-based serum or skincare product. Avoid the eye contour area. Follow with a moisturizing cream and high U.V. A and B sun protection.

Thanks to its high vitamin C content, you may feel a tingling sensation. You can then mix it with a moisturizing cream to reduce skin reactivity. Dissolve this preparation in your skincare product until you achieve the desired tolerance.

General precautions for use with all new cosmetic products.

Do not use on damaged or lesioned skin. When first used, apply a small amount to one area of your face. If no irritation appears the next day, add this product to your skincare routine. In the event of severe skin reactivity, discontinue use and contact your doctor or dermatologist.

What products should Suspension Vitamin C 23 % not be mixed with?

Like most vitamin C-based products, this suspension should not be combined with cosmetics containing peptides, particularly copper peptides. Indeed, the acidity of vitamin C denatures these molecules and inhibits their anti-aging effects.

L-ascorbic acid should not be used at the same time as retinoids for two reasons:

  • their incompatible pH results in the ineffectiveness of these two molecules;
  • the combination of these two ingredients may be too aggressive for your skin.

    I used this product several months ago.

    Then :

    First of all, I don't think it's possible to use it in the morning, because it's so granular + it makes the skin shiny. The galenic design is really not elegant.

    Secondly, I think it's absolutely necessary to use a greasy occlusive because at times it stung my skin! At least when I really wanted to scratch my face.

    When I then applied La Roche Posay's Cicaplast, things got better.

    I don't understand how this product is still on the market despite the not-so-great reviews. Unpleasant to apply with its small grains, fluffy under makeup! I haven't finished the bottle, which is saying something... I wouldn't recommend it.
