Its main active ingredient, **1-methylhydantoin-2-imide** (also known as creatinine), acts by modulating cutaneous vascular reactivity, helping to reduce diffuse redness. The formula incorporates an osmoprotective complex of **mannitol**, **xylitol** and **rhamnose**, which strengthens the skin barrier and protects cells from osmotic stress. Maltooligosyl glucoside** and hydrogenated starch hydrolysate** help moisturize and maintain epidermal integrity. Glycerine** and butylene glycol** provide immediate surface hydration, while triethyl citrate** and the citrate/citric acid system stabilize the formula's pH at a physiological level. This spray is particularly suitable for reactive, sensitive and erythematous skin, especially those with functional couperose or incipient rosacea. I use it after cleansing my skin before my cream and I really like it. It moisturizes gently without leaving a greasy film. I used to use avene thermal spring water but I find this spray even better. perfect for my rosacea skin. well done bioderma. the range for reddened skin is a real success!

Fantastic!!!
This incredible spray has literally calmed my redness and I would never have believed it possible but yes it has! I use it morning and evening, in the evening after washing my face in the shower, I use it straight after drying and it moisturizes my skin well, the only downside is its size, I'd love a larger version.

The other Crealine serum is better
Fine, but the other Crealine serum with its milky texture is much better... It's more soothing and more pleasant to apply.

Nothing in particular. I even found this product less pleasant and refreshing than a simple spray mist..... As for the rogeurs: nothing really terrible.
