Bioderma Créaline H2O is a micellar cleansing water formulated around a gentle miceлл system based on **PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides**, a non-ionic surfactant that forms micelles capable of capturing and solubilizing impurities, sebum and make-up without the need to rinse. The formula incorporates an osmoprotective complex of **mannitol**, **xylitol** and **rhamnose**, sugars and polyols that boost skin tolerance by protecting epidermal cells from osmotic stress. Fructooligosaccharides** act as prebiotic agents, helping to balance the skin microbiome. Cucumber extract** (*Cucumis sativus*) provides soothing and light moisturizing properties. Cetrimonium bromide** (CETRIMONIUM BROMIDE), a low-concentration cationic surfactant, contributes to make-up removal efficiency while providing a conditioning effect. I use it the few times I do a double cleanse (impossible for my skin to do it with an oil) as a complement to the cleansing gel from the same range. It doesn't sting me and you don't need much to cleanse, but I don't use it every day. In the long run, my sensitive skin can't stand double cleansing, which is not recommended for sensitive skin by many dermatologists.
