I'm From **Rice Toner** is a lotion based on rice extract (*Oryza sativa extract*) and rice bran extract (*Oryza sativa bran extract*), two active ingredients rich in amino acids, B vitamins and antioxidants that contribute to skin radiance and support of the epidermal barrier. Niacinamide** (vitamin B3) helps even out skin tone by modulating melanosome transfer, and reinforces the barrier function by stimulating ceramide synthesis. Adenosine** acts as a smoothing agent, supporting cellular repair mechanisms. Portulaca oleracea* extract provides soothing and antioxidant properties, while *Ulmus davidiana* root extract helps regulate skin inflammation. Hydrogenated lecithin** and polyglyceryl-10 myristate* ensure gentle emulsification and promote penetration of active ingredients. The light texture, enriched with humectants (pentylene glycol, butylene glycol), is particularly suitable for dull, uneven or dehydrated skin, as well as sensitive skin looking for a unifying treatment without irritation.

Your irritation comes from either purslane or niacinamide. Either you can only tolerate a certain percentage of niacinamide, or you're allergic to purslane. You should investigate this possibility.
