This light-textured, toning essence combines several functional active ingredients targeting skin hydration and soothing. The main active ingredient is *Centella asiatica* extract: rich in madecassoside and asiaticoside, it supports collagen synthesis, strengthens the skin barrier and modulates the inflammatory response. Allantoin completes this soothing action by promoting cell renewal and reducing irritation. Hydration is ensured by a combination of sodium hyaluronate (a hygroscopic agent that retains water in the surface layers of the epidermis) and sodium polyglutamate, a polymer of fermentary origin with film-forming and moisturizing properties comparable to those of hyaluronic acid. The formula also incorporates a complex of essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, methionine, tryptophan, lysine, threonine, valine, phenylalanine) that help maintain the skin's structural integrity. Several botanical extracts - chamomile, sage, rosemary, lavender, lemon balm - provide complementary antioxidant and soothing properties. This product is particularly suitable for sensitive, reactive or weakened skin, as well as for skin with redness or an impaired cutaneous barrier. Use after cleansing, before more occlusive skin care products.

I was skeptical given the low price in the store where I bought it, I told myself that I was going to put it on my décolleté and finally I am surprised by its moisturizing, soothing and fresh side. It would have been better if it was fragrance-free, but it has no adverse effect on my sensitive skin.
