Wild bilberry extract (*Vaccinium angustifolium*) provides antioxidant polyphenols that neutralize free radicals generated by environmental aggressions. Centella asiatica, rich in triterpenes (asiaticoside, asiatic acid), supports the skin's barrier function and has documented soothing properties. Root extract of *Ophiopogon japonicus* contributes to surface hydration, while extracts of peony (*Paeonia albiflora* and *P. suffruticosa*) and skullcap (*Scutellaria baicalensis*) have an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action.
