Description
AQUA, AZELAIC ACID (Azelaic acid), GLYCERIN, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL (Drying alcohol), ISOPENTYL DIOL, NIACINAMIDE (Vitamin B3), ZINC GLUCONATE (Zinc), DICAPRYLYL ETHER, SALICYLIC ACID (Salicylic acid), PERFUM (Perfume), PENTYLENE GLYCOL, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, 1,2-HEXANEDIOL, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, SPHINGOMONAS FERMENT EXTRACT (Ferments), CELLULOSE GUM, TOCOPHEROL (Vitamin E)My Doctor's Diagnosis: Analysis and Target
The Sebiaclear Flash Ampoule product from Laboratoire SVR is primarily intended for combination to oily skin prone to blemishes, excess sebum, and residual acne scars. My analysis of the formulation reveals an expert approach, targeting inflammation, sebum regulation, and the correction of skin irregularities. This treatment is designed to quickly correct breakouts and prevent recurrence, while respecting the skin's balance.
Formula Analysis: Key Assets
Three key active ingredients structure the effectiveness of this ampoule:
- Azelaic acid : known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it acts on blemishes, reduces redness, and helps lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Niacinamide : This vitamin B3 regulates sebum production, strengthens the skin barrier, and soothes irritation, while helping to even out the complexion.
- Salicylic acid : keratolytic, it unclogs pores, limits the formation of blackheads, and accelerates the disappearance of pimples.
The presence of zinc complements the purifying action, while glycerin provides hydration without leaving a greasy residue. This synergy of active ingredients gives the product rapid and visible effectiveness on blemishes.
Tips and Application Ritual
I recommend applying Sebiaclear Flash Ampoule in the morning and/or evening to clean, dry skin before applying moisturizer. It can be incorporated into a minimalist routine or used in combination with other non-irritating skincare products. It is best to avoid using it at the same time as retinoids or other powerful exfoliants to limit the risk of irritation. Sun protection is essential during the day.
My Final Verdict & Safety Opinion
This treatment stands out for its targeted effectiveness, light texture, and rapid absorption, making it ideal for acne-prone skin. The fragrance, although subtle, may be a drawback for very sensitive skin. In conclusion, SVR's Sebiaclear Flash Ampoule is an excellent ally in the fight against blemishes, while respecting skin tolerance.

mixed
I have mixed feelings about using this product, as I can't use it for too long, so I use it as a cure. Otherwise, it tends to irritate my skin and cause me to have more blemishes than when I started.

perfect for zone T
I use AM and PM, very effective for clogged pores and not irritating.

top
since i have rosacea, azelaic acid combined with vitamin c, if well tolerated, is a good combo. i use it in the morning but it can also be used in the evening without any worries.

highly effective
My teenage daughter uses it and since then, her skin has become much more even, with fewer pimples, blackheads and imperfections.

Does the job
For 15% of azelaic acid I find it not effective enough for blemishes and spots compared to other creams or serums on the market.

It is well
This serum is good, but I find it's not for everyone. I started it, but it gave me redness all over my face. I had to stop using it.

good product
good product but too much alcohol. it tingles for about ten minutes after application.
Written review of the BeautyDecoded application -
Yes, but...
Keeps its promises but... tingles, alcohol dries it out. Great with a skin1004 ampoule first.

An effective product, but when will there be an alcohol-free, odourless version?
My skin was softer and prettier after just a few days.
Despite the fact that it contains alcohol, I haven't had any allergies or particular problems. But my face tingles a little after 10 minutes, lasting no more than 20 seconds.
The big drawback is still the smell, which isn't very pleasant.

this product irritated my skin, it tingled on application and even the next day, and it peeled when I combined it with my moisturizer.
I find this serum good but it is not suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.
