Bioderma's Créaline Gel Moussant is a cleanser formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. Its cleansing base is based on a combination of gentle surfactants - sodium cocoamphoacetate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and coco-glucoside - which ensure effective cleansing while respecting the hydrolipidic film. Propanediol acts as a humectant and solvent, contributing to post-rinse skin comfort. Bioderma's patented osmoprotective complex of mannitol, xylitol and rhamnose boosts skin cells' resistance to osmotic stress and supports the barrier function. Fructooligosaccharides act as prebiotics, helping to balance the skin microbiome. The combination of tocopherol (vitamin E), ascorbyl palmitate (a fat-soluble derivative of vitamin C) and lecithin provides antioxidant protection. This product is particularly suitable for sensitive, intolerant or redness-prone skin, including mild atopic skin, and can be used daily on the face and eyes, its formula being ophthalmologically tested.

Does the job of cleansing my face, knowing that I don't double-wash because it breaks out my skin, but it does sting my eyes, which isn't pleasant. I've been using the big pump bottle for 4 months, and I'm still at the beginning because it lasts so long.

A little too drying for me.
I tested it as the second step in my double cleansing routine, but my skin feels tight and a little irritated after using it. I have very sensitive skin prone to rosacea. I'm not going to continue using it. I had taken it in small to test. Well then, shower gel!
