By Wishtrend's exfoliating lotion is based on the main active ingredient, mandelic acid 5 %, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almonds. With a broader molecular structure than glycolic acid, it penetrates the epidermis more slowly, making it better tolerated by sensitive skin. Its chemical exfoliating action promotes cell renewal, and reduces complexion irregularities, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and irregular textures. The formula also includes panthenol (vitamin B5) and beta-glucan for soothing and moisturizing properties, sodium hyaluronate to support skin hydration, and extracts of centella asiatica and houttuynia cordata recognized for their calming and antioxidant effects. Licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) helps even out skin tone. This product is particularly suitable for acne-prone skin, skin with pigmentation spots or irregular texture, and skin new to AHAs thanks to the relative tolerance of mandelic acid. It is not recommended without appropriate sun protection, as chemical exfoliation increases photosensitivity.

Effective but sensitizing
I love this product, which is effective, but I've stopped using it too often because it sensitizes the skin a little too much. You need to put a rich cream on top.

Quality exfoliator
This is the only exfoliant I use, the mandelic acid is ideal for sensitive skin and I've never had a bad experience with this product. I use it once a week and my skin loves it.

Correct exfoliating toner
Neutral, slightly medicinal fragrance, a little like watercolour paints. Very liquid texture, quickly absorbed by the skin.
I'm looking for the effect after 1 month of use. For the moment I'm still having blackheads. I'll give it a second chance once my skin has calmed down.
Do not use when skin is irritated. Stings and tightens.
