Extract of *Cucumis sativus* (cucumber) provides decongestant and refreshing properties, while extract of *Chamomilla recutita* (chamomile) exerts an anti-inflammatory and soothing action on the sensitive skin around the eyes. Panthenol (provitamin B5) promotes repair of the skin barrier and reinforces hydration, complemented by sodium PCA and sodium hyaluronate, two hygroscopic agents that capture and retain water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Allantoin helps soften and soothe mild irritations. Glycerine provides a basic humectant effect, and hydroxyethylcellulose acts as a gelling agent to keep the active ingredients in contact with the skin. This product is particularly suitable for skin showing signs of fatigue, slight puffiness or localized dryness around the eyes, including sensitive skin.
