Bioderma's Créaline Gel Moussant is a cleanser formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. Its cleansing base is based on a combination of gentle surfactants - sodium cocoamphoacetate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and coco-glucoside - which ensure effective cleansing while preserving the skin's hydrolipidic film. Propanediol acts as a humectant, limiting the sensation of post-cleansing tightness. The formula incorporates Bioderma's patented D.A.F. (Defense Activating Factor) complex, composed of mannitol, xylitol and rhamnose: mannitol and xylitol are osmoprotectants that neutralize free radicals and reinforce cellular resistance to osmotic stress, while rhamnose stimulates the skin's natural defenses by activating innate skin immunity receptors. Fructooligosaccharides support the balance of the skin microbiome. Tocopherol (vitamin E) and ascorbyl palmitate provide additional antioxidant protection. Lecithin and hydrogenated palm glycerides citrate contribute to the formula's tolerance. This product is particularly suitable for sensitive, intolerant or redness-prone skin, including atopic skin in the non-inflammatory phase.

Very good cleaner
After testing a number of cleansers, I'm totally won over by bioderma's foaming gel. A small dab of gel is enough to cleanse the face and neck in the shower, and removes make-up and mascara perfectly. Unscented and soap-free, this micellar cleanser is perfect for my sensitive skin, leaving it moisturized but not dry.

I don't think it lathers enough. It makes my face look like patches of product. I have to massage for a long time and keep adding water. I won't repurchase.
