Bioderma Sensibio Gel Moussant is a cleanser specifically formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. Its cleansing base is based on gentle surfactants - sodium cocoamphoacetate (an amphoteric derivative of coconut), sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and coco-glucoside - which ensure effective cleansing while respecting the hydrolipidic film. Propanediol acts as a humectant, limiting the drying effect of rinsing. Bioderma's patented osmoprotective complex combines mannitol, xylitol and rhamnose: these sugars and polyols reinforce skin cells' resistance to osmotic stress and support the barrier function. Fructooligosaccharides help balance the skin microbiome by promoting beneficial commensal bacteria. The antioxidant system - tocopherol (vitamin E), ascorbyl palmitate (fat-soluble vitamin C) and hydrogenated palm glycerides citrate - protects membrane lipids from oxidation. Lecithin and glyceryl oleate provide an emollient effect and contribute to skin tolerance. This gel is suitable for sensitive, intolerant or redness-prone skin, including rosacea and mild atopic dermatitis, and can be used daily on the face and eyelids.

Best cleanser for sensitive skin
After several years of using this dermo-cleanser, I can confirm that it's the best for sensitive skin/suffering from rosacea... doesn't irritate and doesn't feel dry or tingly afterwards. What's more, it cleanses superbly.
