Glycerine and sodium hyaluronate ensure deep hydration by capturing and retaining water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane, a stable curcumin analog, acts as a fat-soluble antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and limiting cutaneous inflammatory processes. Beta vulgaris (beet) extract provides betalains with complementary antioxidant properties. Olive oil PEG-7 esters act as light emollients and solubilizers. Preservation is ensured by a combination of salicylic acid, sorbic acid and benzyl alcohol. The low concentration of salicylic acid also contributes to a mild keratolytic effect. The formula is scented with Damask rose oil and sweet orange peel oil, with the presence of several declared allergens (citral, limonene, geraniol, linalool) to be noted for sensitive skin. This product is suitable for normal to combination skins seeking daily moisturizing and antioxidant protection, but is not recommended for people with sensitivity to fragrances or salicylates.
