Bioderma Hydrabio Tonique is a moisturizing lotion formulated for dehydrated, sensitive or reactive skin. Its central active ingredient, **niacinamide** (vitamin B3), reinforces the cutaneous barrier and regulates sebum production, while reducing uneven skin tone. Glycerol** (glycerin) and **xylitol** are humectants that capture and retain water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. mannitol** and **rhamnose** help protect cells against oxidative stress and support the cohesion of the hydrolipidic film. Allantoin** provides soothing properties and promotes cell renewal. Fructooligosaccharides** act as prebiotics, helping to balance the skin's microbiome. Pyrus malus **seed extract** (apple) and Brassica campestris **sterols** complete the formula with antioxidant and lipid-restructuring properties. This product is particularly suitable for normal to combination skin that is dehydrated, sensitive or prone to discomfort, and can be used as a daily skin care product after cleansing the face.

i used it for a long time before forming an opinion and yet after 1 bottle and half of another i've reached the same point of giving a fresh effect on the skin. i find its smell much too strong and it contains perfume even though it's indicated for sensitive and dehydrated skin. it dries out my skin even more. i wouldn't recommend buying it at all. its only asset is to bring a fresh side.

Too much perfume
A toner with far too much fragrance. Provides a fresh effect on the skin but the fragrance is explosive and lasts too long. It's unbearable for me and I won't be buying it again. I can only mention the fragrance, not the moisturizing properties.
