Byoma's Melting Cleansing Balm is a melting-texture cleansing balm formulated around a lipid base of olive oil (*Olea europaea*), grapeseed oil (*Vitis vinifera*) and babassu oil (*Orbignya oleifera*), which effectively dissolve make-up, impurities and excess sebum through their affinity with fats. Sorbeth-30 tetraolate acts as an emulsifier, enabling the balm to be rinsed off with water without leaving a greasy film. The formula also includes niacinamide, which helps even out skin tone and strengthen the cutaneous barrier, ceramide NP and sphingolipids, which support the cohesion of the intercellular lipid film, and sea buckthorn oil (*Hippophae rhamnoides*), rich in carotenoids and essential fatty acids with soothing and antioxidant properties. Tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) completes this antioxidant action. Structural fatty acids - palmitic, stearic and myristic - contribute to texture stability and an emollient effect. This product is particularly suitable for dry, sensitive skin or skin with a weakened barrier, as well as for people looking for gentle make-up removal that respects the hydrolipidic film.

Extremely disappointing
The smell was so unpleasant that I checked to see if the product had expired. It doesn't dissolve my L'Oréal «Télescopique» mascara, which I easily remove with Cetaphil cleansing lotion! It leaves a greasy film in the eyes. I used it 3 times and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this melting balm at all.

yes, the smell isn't pleasant, but for it to be effective you need to apply a light layer all over the face and a little more on the lashes. Leave on for at least 2 minutes and all the make-up melts off, even the watterproof.

unpleasant smell but very effective when used correctly, leaving skin plump and nourished at the end of make-up removal
