Its main active ingredient, **O-cymen-5-ol** (isopropyl cresol), is an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent that targets *Demodex folliculorum*, the skin mite involved in aggravating rosacea. Bisabolol**, derived from chamomile, completes this action with its soothing and anti-irritant properties, helping to reduce erythema and skin discomfort. The emollient base combines **caprylic/capric triglycerides** and **glycerol** to maintain hydration without excessive occlusion, suitable for light textures tolerated by reactive skin. Hydroxyacetophenone** acts as an antioxidant and formula stabilizer. The fluid texture, obtained thanks to acrylate polymers, facilitates even application without greasy residue.
