Really good
Very effective against inflammatory acne and to soothe the skin. However, I don't find it moisturizing enough.

4 for an adopted cream
The cream prescribed by my dermatologist on my first visit to her office, with added antibiotics.
It worked miracles in 5/6 months and continues to do so when my skin barrier seems damaged.
However, as stated in a comment below, it is moisturizing but not enough depending on the season and especially on your specific needs at the time.
It's still great for irritation redness and small imperfections.
