Sodium hyaluronate ensures surface hydration through a hygroscopic effect, while panthenol (provitamin B5) promotes healing and strengthens epidermal cohesion. Allantoin completes this soothing profile with its gentle keratolytic and healing action. Trehalose, an osmoprotective sugar, contributes to intracellular water retention. The humectant base is based on a blend of glycols (butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, dipropylene glycol) that optimize the penetration of active ingredients and maintain the skin's moisture film. Portulaca oleracea extract provides additional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
