Sodium laureth sulfate, an anionic surfactant, provides the main detergent action, tempered by lauramidopropyl betaine and disodium cocoamphodiacetate, two amphoteric surfactants that reduce potential irritation. Glycerine, sodium PCA and sodium hyaluronate provide a humectant action, limiting post-rinse transepidermal water loss. The glucose oxidase/lactoperoxidase enzyme system generates low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in situ, conferring gentle antimicrobial activity. Plant extracts (watermelon, lentil, apple, chamomile, *Laminaria saccharina* algae) contribute antioxidant and soothing effects, while caffeine exerts a mild vasoconstrictive action. This cleanser is suitable for normal to combination skins seeking effective cleansing without excessive alteration of the hydrolipidic film, but very sensitive or reactive skins should take into account the presence of fragrance (linalool, methyldihydrojasmonate, lavender oil).
