Kaolin, an absorbent clay, helps clarify pores by capturing residues and excess sebum. The formula also incorporates moisturizing and soothing active ingredients: sodium acetylated hyaluronate (an acetylated form of hyaluronic acid with good skin affinity), betaine and sorbitol support hydration, while Artemisia princeps (yomogi) leaf extract provides soothing properties recognized in Japanese cosmetology. Rice germ oil (Oryza sativa germ oil), rich in tocopherols and phytosterols, and phytosteryl macadamiate help protect and maintain post-cleansing skin comfort. This product is particularly suitable for combination to oily skin requiring deep cleansing, as well as for dull skin in need of regular clarifying action. Very sensitive skin should note the presence of fragrance and a few allergenic compounds (linalool, geraniol, citronellol).
