Visit Multi-Peptide Serum + HA from The Ordinary is primarily intended for individuals concerned about signs of skin aging, including wrinkles, loss of firmness, and dehydration. Its innovative formula, based on a synergy of peptides and hyaluronic acid, aims to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. My expert opinion is that this product is part of a preventive and corrective approach to the first signs of aging, while also being suitable for skin in need of enhanced hydration.
Formula Analysis: Key Assets
Three key ingredients stand out in this formula:
- Multiple peptides The peptides present (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, etc.) act as cellular messengers. They stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, helping to reduce wrinkles and improve skin firmness.
- Hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer): This ingredient intensely hydrates the skin by retaining water in the dermis, which visibly plumps up the features and smooths fine lines.
- Allantoin Known for its soothing and restorative properties, it promotes skin regeneration and limits potential irritation associated with the use of peptides.
The combination of these active ingredients gives the product a noticeable effect on overall skin quality.
Tips and Application Ritual
I recommend applying this serum morning and/or evening to clean skin, before moisturizer. It is compatible with most active ingredients, but I do not recommend combining it immediately with powerful exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs) or pure vitamin C, in order to avoid irritation. It fits perfectly into an anti-aging or moisturizing routine.
My Final Verdict & Safety Opinion
The strengths of this serum lie in its rich content of innovative peptides and hyaluronic acid, offering comprehensive action on the signs of aging and hydration. Its light, non-greasy texture makes it pleasant to use. One slight drawback: the absence of fragrance can leave a neutral smell, but this minimizes the risk of allergies. In conclusion, I consider this product to be an excellent choice for safely enhancing the skin's youthfulness and suppleness.

Super anti-aging serum
I love this soft-textured serum, it's very pleasant on my dry skin and targets several signs of aging at once (crow's feet, skin firmness). I've bought it 2 times now and much prefer it to the hyaluronic acid serum 2%+B5 (no results).

serum
I still can't see any results on my skin after a year of use.

moisturizing serum
Good serum at a very fair price from Ordinary, easy-to-apply moisturizer.
leaves no residue on the skin, used as the 2nd step of the evening routine (after double cleansing) before the night cream.

not moisturizing enough
not moisturizing enough for my dry skin, I don't think I'll buy more

too heavy.
it's definitely the heaviest product I've bought: for my morning routine, after hyaluronic acid and niacinamide from the same brand, the texture is difficult to apply and leaves an oily finish on my skin, so I won't be looking for it.

Bof
I haven't seen this serum any more effective than the niacinamide+zinc I was using before. At best it maintains, at worst it makes me lose money as it costs four times the price of the other.
