These active ingredients work in synergy to limit disruption of the skin barrier during cleansing, a phenomenon common with conventional surfactants. The detergent system is based on a combination of mild surfactants (cocamidopropyl betaine, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, decyl glucoside), favoring cleansing efficiency while minimizing irritation. Glycerine and butylene glycol provide surface hydration, while allantoin has a soothing and mild keratolytic action. Camellia sinensis extract provides polyphenols with antioxidant properties, while licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) helps even out skin tone by inhibiting tyrosinase. Lactic acid, in low concentration in a rinse-off product, helps balance skin pH. This product is particularly suitable for sensitive, reactive skin or skin with a weakened barrier, as well as for normal to combination skin requiring non-aggressive daily cleansing.
