These active ingredients work together to maintain skin hydration at different levels. Sodium PCA and betaine reinforce the moisturizing function as hygroscopic agents naturally present in the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). Allantoin provides soothing properties and promotes cell renewal. The formula also incorporates several botanical extracts with documented anti-inflammatory properties: Centella asiatica, Scutellaria baicalensis, Glycyrrhiza glabra and Chamomilla recutita, suitable for reactive or sensitized skin. Squalane and hydrogenated olive unsaponifiables complete the formula with a light lipidic contribution, without weighing down the gel texture. This product is particularly suitable for dehydrated, sensitive or combination skin looking for intense hydration with a non-occlusive texture, to be used as a daily care product morning and evening.
